Buitenhof

Buitenhof

Located on the outskirts of Roermond, the Netherlands, Buitenhof is the rehabilitation and transformation of an existing agricultural and industrial complex originally built in 1963, with a total area of 1,750 m². The project preserves and upgrades the existing warehouse through a redesigned façade, the addition of new office and support spaces, and the adaptation of the complex to meet contemporary agricultural and logistical needs. By combining adaptive reuse with targeted architectural interventions, the renewed facility improves functionality, operational efficiency, and sustainability while extending the lifespan of the original buildings.
