The façade combines warm natural textures, deep openings, and expressive projecting balconies to create depth and individuality within a unified architectural composition. From a design perspective, the project focuses on balancing functional student living with a refined and enduring architectural identity, while responding sensitively to light, landscape, and the urban context of Liège.
